Demands on our time, our roles and responsibilities, make our lives increasingly difficult to keep control of. The focus of this seminar wil be upon the successful handling of the stresses and strains of everyday life.

Recently retired after thrity four years in education; fifteen as a primary school Headteacher. Passionate about the notion of working to live rather than living to work, became a qualified life coach and embarked on a journey to become an NLP practitioner.
