About This Seminar
Governors have a legal obligation to ensure that the college conforms to the legislation. There are new requirements in law, such as the New Child Protection, The Sexual Offences Act 2005, The Children Act 2004 and other relevant legislation.

Presenter Martyn Davis
Martyn worked in higher and further education, spending seven years as Head of Student Services. He trained as a behaviour psychologist, and undertakes training in child protection, protection of vulnerable adults and behaviour management across the country.
