Managing Challenging Behaviour in Older Children
This session aims to enable individuals to develop positive strategies for managing negative behaviour. We will look at how to handle individuals who exhibit negative behaviour and how to recognise the causes and consequences of conflict. In order to be successful at this we will need to examine our own behaviour and attitudes towards negativity and look at ways to nurture healthy inter-personal relationships in order to develop self-esteem and that “ feel good “ factor.
