CENTRA is a not–for-profit charity - which was founded in 1839. We provide products and services that help people overcome the symptoms associated with dyslexia.
Our flagship product is called IDL. There are three versions of the product available:
- IDL for Schools and Colleges including a management information system.
- IDL for Local Centres with dyslexia assessments and one to one tuition.
- IDL at home Use IDL in your own home.

CENTRA is delighted to announce that we have won a Big Lottery "Reaching Communities" bid. The "Lifting Barriers" project allows us to provide highly effective dyslexia support sessions to adults and children living in the boroughs of Preston, Blackpool and South Ribble, funded by the Big Lottery.
