An Introduction to Early Support
A guide for those new to Early SupportDuration - 2 hours, which can be arranged for am, pm, twilight or evening
What we seek to achieve:
On completion of the training participants will be able to:
- Understand the national context for Early Support
- Understand the implications of Early Support for families and practitioners
- Become more familiar with Early Support materials
- Consider how the Early Support materials can best be used locally
Who will benefit
Early Years staff working in integrated Children's Services and Agencies, those new to Early Support and those new to the supervision of Early Support staff.
Where training is delivered
On your own premises. We can also arrange an alternative venue if required, contact us for details and prices. What you need to provide
Agreed equipment to support the Trainer, eg. Laptop and projector. Venue and domestic arrangements, including refreshments for the delegates. The maximum number of participants is 25.
What costs are involved
£495 for up to 25 participants (as we are a charity VAT is not payable). The fee does not cover your own venue costs, refreshments & participants' travel costs
What is included:
- 'Quality Assured' and practical Early Support training by approved ES Trainers including the trainers accommodation, travel & subsistence.
- Delegate packs and learning materials, course administration and evaluation.
- Meeting arrangers will receive a summary of evaluation results.
