Just looking at the Lowes website and they have average size(32-36 inch) Pella windows for around $150. I do know Anderson is little more expensive but you are buying the name. If you have a good local handyman in the area, he can install one in about an hour as long as there is no unexpected problems. If I've done work for you before and I know the house I charge $50-$100 for one window.
