I have a few questions about selling my car. Maybe you can help me out?
Question: I want to sell my car but i wondering if i might get into legal matters after selling it. The airbag in my car does not work and needs to be repaired. I know the seatbelt restraints work okay. I'm just wondering if i sell the car that way it might come back to me and i might have a lawsuit to deal with. Would selling the car "As Is" be enough to cover this issue. Right now i don't have time to have it repaired. Any advice would be helpful. My car is a 1991 Ford Mustang LX 5.0. It only came with the drivers side airbag. Thanks.

I would just put a note on the bill of sale (both copies) something along the lines of "The vendor makes no warranties, expressed or implied as to the quality and mechanical fitness of this vehicle. The purchaser agrees to buy this vehicle (VIN #) as is, where is and assumes all responsibilities pertaining to the quality and mechanical fitness of this vehicle. Further, the vendor has declared to the purchaser that (list whatever's wrong; airbag is inoperable, etc.)" BOTH of you sign, date and have separate witnesses. Good luck.
If that were my games list, I wouldn't like the Wii, either. The only top game you have on there is Brawl, and although my friends are way into it, it doesn't appeal to everyone. If you don't use it, go ahead and sell it. It may just be the games you're playing, though. If you're still undecided, rent some of the "greats": mario kart, mario galaxy, and anything with a rating of 8 or higher on metacritic.com. For $25 you should be able to rent three top games, or get an unlimited rental pass from a local rental store for a month. As much as I love it, the Wii isn't for everyone. If it isn't for you, and it isn't just the games you have, go ahead and sell!
As long as there is no inspection in your state and you CLEARLY state, and have signed paperwork stating, that the airbags don't work, it can't be your fault. In fact, unless there are lemon laws in your state, there wouldn't be much anyone could do even if you didn't tell them the airbags didn't work - they should go to the mechanic and have it checked out before buying. Of course I'd just tell them when selling it.
i sold mine for 100$$ total and it had 4 games 2 ds controllers 1 memory card all the cables of course. so i would say about 80$$ and may be try selling it on craigslist in your town im sure someone will want that. that link is to another guy on here looking to buy a ps2 good luck.

haven't you ever heard of Kelly Blue Book??? KBB.COM or the NADA book? nada.com you could also look in the paper for comparable cars and price it a tad lower that the competition see for yourself what your car is worth...
