Question: I have a 1993 camaro ,v6 z28. I dont have the owners manual,my steering is squeeling and my reservoir is dry. What is the Correct power steering fluid to use please? Thank you

I'm with the others - there's no Z28 that ever came 6 cyl equipped. And I don't think that the power steering on 93's take either Dexron or Dot-anything fluid. The answer is to wipe the grime off of your reservoir cap - it should be written on there. I believe that there's a specific power steering fluid recommended for GM - part number 1052884 - part number 12345866 for cold weather. However, you can probably source interchangeable aftermarket power steering fluid for 93 GM power steering units at Autozone.
Yes the Corolla uses Dexcron ATF as the Power Steering Fluid. It says it on top of hte Power Steering Cap and in the owners manual. It should be a deep red in color. Hope this Helps
