Shouldn't be a big deal. I'd guess you have a router with more than one device using it, and your internet service provider is trying to assign two of those devices the same IP address (what you need to connect to the internet). You can probably either just unplug your router for 20-30 seconds, plug it back in, wait another 15 or so seconds and then try to get online on your laptop again...or just go to your "Network and Sharing" folder on your laptop (if it's not in the right bottom tray on your desktop, then it should be in your "Control Panel" folder), disconnect from the network and then reconnect. I get this pop up every now and then, and I usually either just have to disconnect/reconnect or wait less than a minute to get a different IP address assigned. The only time this should be a problem is if one or more of the devices has a manual IP address, not a randomly assigned one. If your laptop has one, I'd think you'd know about it, but if it does it'd probably be better off just switching to DHCP.

Type in the prompt msconfig,press OK.In General tab press Selective Startup.In tab Startup.uncheck programs that do not run at startup,then Apply and OK.Restart computer.
