I need help with office 2007 installation.Shows error?
Question: When i try to install microsoft office 2007.it shows an error saying: Office 2007 Enterprise\Enterprise.WW\OSETUP.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not present What do I need to do/fix to get my computer to let me install the program? What does that even MEAN?! i checked the other answer on yahoo answers but it doesnt solve my problem the microsoft site doesnt open can u please type or copy its write up to this page i really need office

There are various instances were I had faced the same issue while working with my team. The common solution was to copy the entire installation disk on the hard drive and install from there. However there were many other instances where we have to extract the the said file with different product of Microsoft say Visio 2007 and replace the same extracted file to the copied MS Office folder. Try inserting the MS Office discs and click Repair when prompted. If that does not work, go to Control Panel - Programs and Features, then click on and delete all the MS Office programs one by one. Reboot your computer and begin the installation from scratch. Close all other programs while installing.

It's not a matter of how long it took you to start using it, but how long ago you started using it. It sounds to me as though some software has installed a Word macro that runs at start-up. Check the Add/Remove programs list for anything that might have done this. For example a PDF maker, or OCR program.
Yes (well, technically you can probably install over the top of the student version) The ultimate version you purchased is a complete different version then your student/home version - also has alot more features. Thats why the key wont work - Ultimate & Student have 2 different types of key's since they are 2 different versions. When you put the CD for Ultimate in your machine, and start installing, it will recognize the Student version and ask if you want to install over or delete the student version and make a clean install of Ultimate. Personal preferance, which ever you prefer. Be sure to SAVE all your office doc's first (better safe then sorry)
