Question: I am going to need to file a SR22 form to reinstate my suspended drivers license because of a DUI. My current insurance company did not find out about this suspension and the rates didn't go up (I suspect they will sooner or later but that wont be for another year) I read that I can purchase "non-owners" liability coverage from a different insurance company and since that isnt connected to a vehicle should not affect my current premium and alert my current insurance company. Would that be possible? ** The current policy none of the cars are titled under my name. I am just an added driver

No. If you have a vehicle titled in your name it MUST be listed on a policy. A non owners bond is for people that need an SR22 but don't have a vehicle titled in your name. You need to call your current insurance company and tell them to add an SR22 filling to your policy. Also, it's never a good idea to have 2 policies at once because if you're involved in an accident, neither one of them would want to cover you. Edit: If that's the case, remove yourself from the current policy and get a non-owners bond with an SR22 filing attached and that will meet the state's requirements.

The only defense against an INR claim is a delivery confirmation or tracking number showing the item was delivered. If you have that, and the buyer opens an INR claim, it will be decided in your favor. There's nothing you can do to prevent the buyer from negging you. If the buyer has said anything at all to the extent of "If you don't refund my money I'll leave you negative feedback," that's called feedback extortion and eBay will remove a neg in that case. If you want to placate the customer, offer a full or partial discount, not a freebie. The discount shows up in Paypal and you can prove you gave it in case of a dispute. A freebie doesn't prove anything.
yea you can get sr22 on liability thats the whole point the state wants to make sure you have insurance to cover your self if you hit another car. And the insurance company will look at your driving record and price your insurance to your record

Well it really comes down to, if you give one 14 year old a license you have to give all of them one, we cant discriminate against stupidity here in the US, so we make a minimum age requirement, and there talking about raising that also, cant say I blame them, however there are a few states that will give a restricted licenses to some under age drivers provided there in a very rural area with no public transportation and disabled parents, but there very hard to come by and the restrictions are very strict,
