Today, I caught a couple of drivers both trying to dodge their license plates by slowing down. I actually caught both people's faces, and they looked at me back. Unfortunately, I didn't catch their license plates because they immediately sped off when I noticed them. Can I just feel a GPS device under my car? Is there a GPS device detector and I can actually turn the GPS device off or make it look like I'm in a different location than where I actually am? I also have my locks clicking on and off a lot.
