Question: I want to delete MY OWN user account on a windows 7. It only lets me delete ANOTHER user. I really want to get rid of my own. Help please.

Backup any data you need to save. Log out of the user account and log in to the administrator account, and you will be able to delete the user account. It should give you the option of deleting all the user account files or leaving them where they are.
First at all, you don't need remove UAC to reinstall windows. but anyway, here is how to get admin back. Whenever someone is stuck on their guest account, I recommend the following: use the "offline windows password & registry editor" (official website: http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/) A free, open source tool. It allows you to reset your windows password. Its a live-cd, that means it works outside windows, and therefore IT WORKS EVEN IF YOU ARE STUCK ON THE GUEST ACCOUNT. just download the zip, (http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/cd110... uncompress it, the resulting file is an iso. burn it using nero or something. Then boot your pc with the cd and follow the instructions. eventually it will ask you about selecting an account and it will allow you to reset the password. And that's it, you got admin back ;)
Go in safe mode. You can't delete the account you are actually logged into at that time. ITs bad practice to delete accounts. If you do theres a possibility of not accessing data from that account. Its better to disable them.
