Question: I bought a new video card (ATI RADEON X1900 XT 512MB PCI-E DUAL DVI X1900XT), and I plugged in the video card into PCI-E slot. When I turned on the computer, I heard the sound that is working. But my monitor says "no signal", and shows me nothing. One more thing, the video card barely goes into the slot because other stuff in the case blocks it. What am I suppose to do for all of these problems?
