No thats designed to be used with a pen drive, not a hard disk drive, and it will format the entire volume. don't use that if you want to dual boot use Yumi, its far better than that MS tool, and works with windows too.
You have one disk, with two partitions. Each partition has windows 7 on it. boot into windows, either install, and change the boot.ini so that it ONLY points to the windows 7 partition you want. Remove the pointer to the other partition Reboot, you should be in the windows 7 you want. Then you can just delete the \windows\ folder, and anything you don't want from the other partition, that has your data

As far as I remember it formats the usb drive as it burns an image. Make a backup of your files and test. Btw if you have multiple partitions you may have boot issues depending on your bios features.
Another solution is to login as administrator and delete all users and their directories. Then go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and uninstall everything not Windows related. Then delete all directories not associated with the OS. A real PITA. Or, Put any windows install CD into the drive and have it format the hard drive, then simply interrupt the install when formatted.
I think it will format the WHOLE USB/EHD. Leaving just one partition. I have two Dual boot USB's and a EHD. 1 USB is Windows 7 and XP. 2 USB is Just a mass of programs to fix pc's. 3 EHD has my backup images and acronis. And i never compiled them with that tool. (I used Winsetup for windows usb which uses customizable Grub4Dos) 1 partition.. Multiple folders for cleanliness. Hope it helps :)
Any legal computer manufacturer/programmer doesn't want you to play free games off the internet; it's bad business for their business partners.. To fix this you either need to have a "crack" for that game (usually provided on the website to download pirated games), or you burn the whole game (absolute everything burned off the cd exactly as it would be on the cd, otherwise it wouldn't work) unto a cd, therefor effectively making a game, or you make the whole program a .iso file (.iso files are the equivalent of a cd in your drive), mount it on your comp, and play. If you really liked a game I recommend you actually buy it to show your appreciation, otherwise, hope I helped ;)
