Yahoo has been withholding texts alot recently. It happens now and lower back to me too. Its no longer everlasting yet lasts the completed night now and lower back. people can see that youre typing something yet no longer something shows up. now and lower back in elementary terms some messages interior the verbal replace are withheld. Signing out and lower back in doesnt help. a rapid restoration is to function the guy on your pal checklist. abruptly, they initiate getting your messages. some messages nevertheless now and lower back are withheld, nonetheless.
This is not a virus, but a Yahoo issue. All this started the night of October 14, 2013 . . . nothing is actually being sent from the user. The sender's archive clearly indicates only current IM to SMS, while the recipient is receiving SMS from months ago (in addition to current messages). If this were a virus that was simply resending archived SMS, the sender's logs would reflect the resent messages. It is a Yahoo problem that has yet to be addressed by Yahoo. Fortunately, SMS is only being resent to the original recipient . . . so far. Perhaps PC World and other media sources should be made aware of this potentially serious problem. Not only does it result in an annoyance to recipients, but it may result in contacts to those whom the sender no longer wishes to contact (e.g., ex-boyfriends or girlfriends) . . . messages that can be extremely inappropriate in today's context. Do something about this Yahoo . . . or at least acknowledge a problem!
· That happens to me very often. What I do maybe it will work for you too. Sign out from Yahoo Messenger and then Sign In again. Or, while YM sign in page is on....alt/ctrl/del it...pull it up again and Sign In again. If this still doesn't fix it. restart your computer. Anyone of the above usually works.
