Question: Our old laptop doesn't have the wireless feature so we went with DSL rather than dial up but I don't like having to plug the new computer in every time I want to get on the internet. Is there something that will make the DSL service wireless for the new computer. If so, what is it that I need?

Wireless gateway or router and a recieve(wireless card .) They plug into a computer that doesn't have a built in card
It seems like you may need to reset the TCP/IP Stack on Windows XP. Go to Start, Run, in the box type CMD and press Enter. Type NETSH INT IP RESET RESETLOG.TXT Reboot your computer. If that doesn't work try... NETSH WINSOCK RESET Should get you back online.
