Question: After a long story i have delete the internet explore files under C:\Programs Files and now applications that require a web browser like installers, do not show any html page. Ive tried putting the files back, but no luck, strangely web browser work like fire fox internet explore and google chrome work

That's because IE is the only browser that requires those files. Do a system repair using the Windows CD.
First of all, there is no such thing as i7 3600K. You most likely have an i7-2600K processor Where did you download your graphics driver update from? Did you do the update thru Windows Update or at least from the official nVidia website or did you just got the driver from one of those let me fix, clean and update your PC and drivers Internet Idiot Traps??? If you got a legit driver update, just go to Device manager, right click on your graphics driver and choose rollback driver. This will get you back to the previous driver that was working fine.
If I understand, you have two options: Re-Install Internet Explorer using Firefox/Chrome or Change your default web-browser Check here: Start -> Control panel -> Internet Options -> Programs tab -> under "Default Web Browser" or Check Firefox OR Chrome's settings for default-ness. Only make one your default web-browser.
