Question: I caught my neighbor staring at me from his upstairs bedroom during the night. He had his blinds spread apart and was watching me as I let my dogs in/out. I thought maybe the back porch light was bothering him, so I turned it off. As I went back to the door, and looked out, he was still watching me through his blinds (you could see him). He kept doing this all night. Yes it's creepy, but is there a law against this??? I don't even feel comfortable going outside now. LOL @ John C. yeah I guess you could interpret it either way--- he is watching me, or I am watching him... but the creepy part is that he was looking out the window at LEAST from the time I noticed him until I went to bed 2 hours later. I know he was just looking, but still. It's just CREEPIER that he knew I saw him but he continues staring for hours. It may not be creepy to you, but it is to me.
